Job Title: Vice President, Sales & Relationship Management

CULIANCE operates the largest credit union owned ATM and POS network in the country and provides a growing range of payment related products and services to help credit unions compete and improve their members' lives.

CULIANCE is currently seeking a Vice President of Sales & Relationship Management to join our team. This is a senior leadership position within CULIANCE and will drive the sales and relationship management function to achieve business objectives.


  • Develop and execute targeted sales plan and strategy.
  • Create and maintain a sales culture within CULIANCE that is high performing and meets organizational expectations.
  • Administer and manage the usage of
  • Ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and achieve company sales targets and forecast.
  • Train, manage, and maintain a highly qualified sales team, sufficient to meet long-term organizational goals. Must manage team performance at all levels and cultivate high performance.
  • Ensure adherence and commitment to the sales and business development process.
  • Serve as key liaison for the top ten CULIANCE participants and act as the senior contact for Network Participants within an assigned client base by providing the role of trusted advisor, consultant and market industry expert responsible for the overall success of the relationship measured by retention, profitability, growth and customer satisfaction of assigned portfolio.
  • Coordinate the effort of all departments serving the Participant to ensure the Participant's goals and objectives are met within the framework of the contract and the mission statement of CULIANCE, and, exercises judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate action.


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Sales and leadership experience within the payments industry.
  • 10 years of progressive sales experience and 5 years of strong leadership experience.
  • Impeccable public speaking skills.
  • Obtaining cooperation (internally and/or externally) is an important part of the job and a high level of interpersonal skills are critical to the success of this position.
  • Work frequently involves contacts requiring considerable discussion of problems, material presentations, and resolving issues impacting departments or the organization.
  • Ability to travel 50% of time and work flexible hours as business needs dictate.
